1) Eligibility & safety

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your location, if higher) and not a minor. Do not use the Service where prohibited by law. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful.

2) Accounts

• Provide accurate information and keep login details secure.
• One person may not sell, share, or transfer an account.
• We may require verification or suspend access to protect users and the Service.

3) Virtual currency & items

• Virtual coins/credits and items are for gameplay only and have no cash value.
• They are non-transferable, non-redeemable, and not exchangeable for money or prizes.
• We may adjust, limit, or remove virtual items to maintain balance or comply with law.

4) In-app purchases & billing

• Optional purchases may be offered for virtual items only.
• Prices and payment processing are handled by the relevant app store/payment provider; taxes may apply.
• All sales are final except where required by New Zealand law or the platform’s refund policy.

5) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, bots, exploits, or manipulating outcomes.
• Harassment, hate, scams, or unlawful content.
• Reverse engineering, interfering with security, or scraping.
• Using the Service commercially without our written permission.

6) Intellectual property

The Service, software, and content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by IP laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service as intended.

7) Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” and may be unavailable or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted under New Zealand law, we exclude warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where applicable.

8) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access (and virtual items) if you breach these Terms, create risk/harm, or to comply with law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues promptly.
